Priory Lodge School is a school for young people aged 9 - 19 with mild to moderate autistic spectrum disorders, Asperger’s Syndrome and associated difficulties. Most of our pupils are academically able and we offer GCSE's and some A levels.  Located in Roehampton, South West London, we aim to deliver the highest level of education and care according to individual needs in a safe, positive and structured environment.

We would like to appoint a full time Exams Officer and Finance & Data Administrator to join our team at Priory Lodge School.  During exams, the typical number of students is around 5 to 15.  For the Finance and Data side of the role we are looking for an Administrator with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

The role will also include:

Administering and reconciling all Petty Cash

Raising purchase orders and processing invoices

Supporting the Exams Officer during exam periods

Administration tasks including entering pupil progress data and managing the MIS for pupil information.

About Roehampton Gate School

Roehampton Gate School is a purpose-built day school for young people with autistic spectrum disorders, in particular Asperger's Syndrome and associated learning difficulties. It is situated next to the Hospital Roehampton. The school opened in April 2010.

The spacious and modern building has been specifically designed to accommodate up to 40 young people with autistic spectrum disorders and Asperger's Syndrome.

The classrooms are set up for specialist subjects including information technology, art, food technology, science and music, together with exclusive sensory and therapy rooms/suites or studios.

Roehampton Gate School is also uniquely placed to benefit from the extensive therapy and specialist mental health services provided at the Hospital Roehampton. Staff and students will also work closely with the child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) and experienced educational psychologists
