Haydon is a large, friendly and creative school in North West London. We have been judged as good by OFSTED. We are looking for an Exams Officer to thrive in our supportive environment.
THE ROLE:
- Overall responsibility for all Exams (internal, external, mock, all subjects, etc) and exam related activities
- Responsible for exam entries / post results / exam timetabling / co-ordination of exams / results days
- Main contact for all exam boards
- Line Management of the Invigilation Team
- Responsible for exams MIS system and all secure electronic communications with awarding bodies
- Ensuring that guidelines and procedures laid down by all awarding bodies are followed at all times
- Ensure all administration for exams are carried out as required
- Ensure secure systems of storage and retrieval for examination board materials and question papers and be a key holder to all secure exam papers and stationery
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree level education is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop
- Solution focused
- Adaptable, reliable and organised

Haydon School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Middlesex serving pupils from the age of 11-18. The secondary school, situated in Eastcote, Pinner has approximately 2000 students on record.
Haydon school was established in 1977 and converted to academy status in 2011 and was identified as outstanding by Ofsted in 2007.
