The Trust Exams Officer will work as part of the Exams Team, taking the lead in exam related matters for the New College Pontefract site, in order to provide high-quality administration, organisation and smooth running of examinations across all colleges.  A willingness to work flexibly within the team is essential as are strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.

Having previously worked in an examinations related role, the successful candidate may have experience of handling sensitive data, using Unit-e and using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. You will have experience in examination procedures and processes, a willingness to undertake further training, relevant to the post and good problem-solving skills.
