Job overview

We are seeking an exceptionally able professional for the newly defined post of Executive Assistant and PA to the Principal. This key appointment presents a rare opportunity for an experienced and well-qualified professional, with a strong and personal commitment to support the Academy’s Christian ethos and educational purpose.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • representing the Principal as the academy’s primary point of contact;
  • employing exceptional initiative, judgement, and strategic perspective in decision-making;
  • delivering high quality projects, improving operational processes and procedures;
  • leading provision of comprehensive administration and organisational support;
  • ensuring we are effective in our communication, internally and externally.

To be successful, you will: 

  • have experience as a PA or at a similarly senior level in a related role;
  • have a broad and deep set of skills, expertise and attitudes in order to contribute at the highest level;
  • be able to solve complex problems creatively, constructively, innovatively and insightfully
  • be able to operate with tact, diplomacy and the utmost discretion;
  • have exceptional levels of personal integrity, discretion, honesty, reliability and self-awareness;
  • have highly developed communication and people skills.
