Full-time, 37.5 hours per weeks.  (Not term-time only)

Salary £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Elmhurst Ballet School is a highly successful vocational ballet boarding school associated with Birmingham Royal Ballet and is based one mile from the city centre in Edgbaston. Students are equipped with the skills, resilience and creativity to succeed and make a difference in the professional dance world and beyond. Our philosophy is Live, Dance, Learn; supporting excellence in dance, excellence in health and wellbeing and excellence in academic study. Our aim is to train and educate students in classical ballet and other dance styles to such a high standard that graduates go on to dance for Birmingham Royal Ballet and other national and international dance companies. 

The school offers boarding facilities with around 120 students living on site and a further 80 Sixth Form students living in accommodation nearby.

We are looking for a dynamic, organised and positive person to take on the exciting new role of Executive Assistant to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team at Elmhurst Ballet School. This person will be an essential member of the team helping to project manage, coordinate and support the team in realising the school’s ambitions for the future. We are keen to welcome people from all backgrounds who fit with our ‘can do’ culture and who are keen to support the next generation of exceptional dancers, exceptional people.

37.5 hours per week, full time, Not term-time only
