We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide confidential, high-level support to members of our Senior Management Team.
This is a pivotal role within the Executive Support function, where you will play a key part in ensuring the effective coordination of senior leadership activity, delivering outstanding support while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.
A key aspect of this role involves managing complex diaries, coordinating high-level meetings, managing incoming/outgoing communications and organising events, travel and accommodation arrangements.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting senior leaders or working in a PA function.
