We have an excellent and rewarding opportunity for an Executive Assistant to work in a dynamic and welcoming community. The Executive Assistant will provide executive and administrative support to the executive team of the college. To be successful in this role, you will have highly developed interpersonal and administration skills within the area of executive support. You will have strong verbal and written communicative skills, as well as the ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality amongst staff, students and the wider community. Additionally, you will have knowledge and competence in the use of information technology as a processing and resource tool, including database management and manipulation using MAZE.

Please note that this is a permanent full-time position commencing 10 April 2019. The successful applicant will be employed as a general employee within the school administrative services stream as a Level 6 Step 1 averaged with a salary of $74,110 pa plus Super.

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CEO policy.
