Full-time, 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)   

At Writtle University College we seek to transform lives and the environment through inspiring education, pushing boundaries through the science of the arts.   

We are seeking to appoint an Executive Dean to lead the Higher Education (HE) division, to further enhance the delivery of excellence in teaching and research, as well as seeking to update and create new curriculums. This is an exciting time of change and growth for us.    

This position develops and delivers on strategy and provides leadership directly to four Programme Area Managers, as well as providing inspirational motivation to the HE workforce as a whole.   

The successful candidate will hold a PhD, be accomplished within HE, and be a visionary and charismatic leader, with the ability to strategically drive the HE division. It is important that the successful candidate has an appreciation of Further Education.
