A fantastic new opportunity has arisen at Highbury College for an Executive Director, HR & Organisational Development. Highbury College have, for over 50 years, been at the heart of the community and beyond and offer students a unique blend of professional, technical and academic programmes. The successful candidate for the role will provide a leading edge HR Service across the College group that will support and enable College leaders and the senior team to focus on student success.

The successful candidate must have significant and recent experience in leadership of HR & Organisational Development at a senior level, including:

· Leadership and management development

· Change Management

· Staff communication and engagement

· Employment and trade union relations

· Psychometric testing

· Training and development activities; planning and delivery

· Leading transformational projects

· Workforce planning including:

· Organisation restructuring

· Organisation restructuring

· Job evaluation

· Succession planning
