At an exciting time in the Trust’s development, we are seeking to appoint a talented, dynamic, and effective leader with a strong record of school improvement to establish primary education within Consilium Academies. You will lead the development of a school improvement function to support primary schools in accordance with the broader aims and principles of the Trust.


Working as part of our collaborative Executive Team, you will drive the implementation of our growth strategy within the primary sector, leading the development of relationships and the provision of support and professional development to our partner.


You will lead on the induction of new schools into the Trust, ensuring that they are welcomed into our collaborative partnership.


You will develop inclusive Trust-wide strategies and plans as well as plans for individual schools tailored to value difference and deliver outcomes that will improve the lives of children. We believe that children will benefit from each phase of education within the Trust working together to develop a cohesive and world-class offer.
