Rated 'excellent' in every category at its most recent ISI Inspection, Royal Russell is now embarking on an exciting new chapter, with the opening of a new Junior School and growing international partnerships in Vilnius and Busan.

The Board of Governors is seeking an exceptional Executive Head to lead the Russell School Trust through its next phase of strategic development. This is a role for a proven leader with the vision to unite a family of schools under a shared purpose, the commercial acumen to drive sustainable growth, and the warmth and credibility to inspire pupils, staff, parents and governors alike.

The successful candidate will bring senior leadership experience in the independent sector, a deep understanding of what makes a great education, and the ambition to position Royal Russell for long-term success both in the UK and internationally.
