Executive Head Teacher

Due to the retirement of the 2 current Head Teachers an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Diocese of Leeds for an experienced, aspirational and inspirational leader to lead All Saints Catholic College and St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy (part of the Blessed Peter Snow Catholic Academy Trust). 

We are looking to appoint a visionary Catholic leader who has exceptional strategic leadership skills and a proven track record of success in secondary education.  Working across the two schools, you will bring an innovative approach to school improvement, development, strategy and partnerships. 

As a practicing Catholic you will inspire children, staff, parents and the wider community ensuring we deliver a Catholic education which is rooted in the person and teachings of Jesus Christ and which is faithful to the mission of the Catholic Church.

The core purpose of this Executive Head Teacher role is to provide professional strategic leadership across both schools whilst maintaining each school’s individuality.

Working with Governors of both schools and Trustees at the Blessed Peter Snow Catholic Academy Trust you will lead two Heads of School who, under your strategic direction, will work in partnership to implement safe, robust systems and processes to ensure the best educational outcomes for all children in our schools.

As Executive Head Teacher you will play a key role in the Blessed Peter Snow Catholic Academy Trust holding the position of Director on the Trust Board. 

Trustees and Governors are open to offering this post on either a permanent basis or as a 2 year fixed term contract/secondment opportunity.
