The Post

The successful candidate will provide professional leadership in securing the success of academies within the Bromley hub, ensuring high quality education for all students and excellent standards of learning, behaviour and achievement. You will be responsible for continuous improvement in the quality of education; for raising standards; for ensuring equality of opportunity for all; for the development of policies and practices; and for ensuring that resources are efficiently and effectively used to achieve aims and objective.
The Person
You will;
• Have achieved success as a Headteacher within a single academy or a maintained school
• Be a visible and proactive leader driven by a desire to make a difference
• Have first class leadership skills and be an accomplished coach and mentor
• Be ambitious to play a larger role within a developing organisation
