On the retirement of our Executive Headteacher and CEO the Trustees are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader with the values and imagination to build on our significant achievements.
Our schools cater for pupils with a range of Severe and Complex Special Educational Needs across the London Borough of Redbridge and beyond.
We are forward thinking with both Newbridge and Hatchside Schools. Our vison is to create a partnership of outstanding Special Schools to support the Special Needs Community in Redbridge and the surrounding area to offer excellent opportunities for pupils and their families.
The Trustees of Astrum Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an exceptional, dynamic and inspirational Executive Headteacher and CEO who has a proven track record of initiating and leading effective change.
Your high level of professional values and educational philosophy will be to ensure that the Trust makes sustained improvements in all aspects of life within our three schools and to deliver the Trust’s strategic aims and corporate plan. You will have the commitment and aspiration for our children and staff to reach their full potential and have a commitment to the attainment and achievement of greater levels of independence for children who have complex and physical learning difficulties.
Candidates will be committed to the collaboration and effective partnership working required to secure innovative personalised learning pathways for students with complex learning difficulties and have an exceptional appreciation of student-centred approaches.
You will be a highly motivated leader who is committed to implementing significant and sustained improvements across the Trust and who is enthusiastic to see all of our children flourish in a safe, secure and welcoming learning environment.
