Due to the retirement of our excellent Executive Headteacher, the Governors of The North and South West Durham Learning Federation are seeking an inspiring Executive Headteacher to build on our strong foundations and lead our federation of special schools with vision, ambition and warmth from January 2024.

We are looking for an Executive Headteacher to lead and further develop our federation of The Oaks Secondary School, Evergreen Primary School, and Croft School. As the successful candidate you will be dedicated to consistently ensuring the high standards and breadth of education that every child deserves. You will be committed to inclusive education for all and value partnerships across the federation’s schools and beyond. You will work collaboratively with the Governing Board to realise the vision and strategic aims of The North and South West Durham Learning Federation.
