The governors, staff and pupils of Wold Newton Foundation and Boynton Primary Schools are seeking to appoint an inspirational, dynamic and focussed executive headteacher to continue the good work of our much valued headteacher who is retiring in August 2017.

Both our schools are in attractive rural villages, with friendly local communities and our enthusiastic pupils are confident, happy and enjoy learning.

We are looking for someone with outstanding leadership and management skills with the vision to inspire and to maintain the progress towards excellence that is already evident in the two schools.

We welcome applications from passionate and aspirational leaders who:

• have senior leadership experience, preferably as a headteacher or deputy headteacher
• have an exciting vision for the future development and collaboration of the schools
• are compassionate, value our families and children individually, and are committed to helping them achieve their potential
• are able to work closely in partnership with a team of enthusiastic and dedicated staff, supportive governors and parents.

The successful applicant will be offered an induction programme from the Improvement and Learning Service in conjunction with East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
