• Salary: Leadership Scale (Group 3): L11-L24: £56,796 - £77,237.

A rare opportunity has become available to work with a Federation of two Primary schools.

The Federation of Bedenham and Holbrook comprises two schools with approximately 270

and 210 pupils respectively. There are Resourced Provisions in each school; Holbrook for

children (24) with Speech, Language and Communication needs, and ASD; Bedenham for

children (12) with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Both schools are located a

short distance from each other on the Gosport Peninsula in Hampshire, serving broadly the

same catchment area.

We are looking to recruit a visionary Executive Head Teacher to build on the Federation's

current progress and success by continuing to inspire both staff and children to work to

their greatest potential. Both schools were rated as “Good” at the last OFSTED and

therefore, we would like someone who:

• Has good management and communication skills
• Has a reflective and considered approach
• Will provide consistent practice across both schools
• Is approachable and supportive of all staff
• Can continue to strengthen teaching and learning
• Can continue to develop staff to undertake relevant training
• Has high expectations
• Will acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of all children
• Can continue to build links with the parent community
