Executive Headteacher

On retirement of our Executive Headteacher, Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust seeks to appoint an inspirational and innovative leader for our school community.

The Trust comprises of two Catholic Academies, St Alban’s and St Luke’s, which are both situated in Harlow, only 5 minutes apart. 

Both schools have enthusiastic engaged pupils and parents, dedicated, hardworking staff and active and committed Governing Bodies.

As individual schools we share experiences and learn to grow in God’s love in a happy nurturing environment.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A practising Roman Catholic who will be fully committed to upholding and promoting  the Catholic ethos
• An experienced leader and an excellent practitioner who will lead both schools, currently rated by Ofsted as ‘Good’ (2015) with outstanding features.
• Able to maintain and drive forward outstanding standards, whilst maintaining our distinctive Catholic ethos.
• Someone who can inspire and lead the development of the Trust, with innovative thinking, while challenging current standards and practices.
