Executive Headteacher

The new post of Executive Headteacher offers an exciting opportunity to join the St Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Multi Academy Trust as a key member of the central team working across three inclusive primary schools. 

St Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Multi Academy Trust was established in September 2018 as one of four Catholic Multi Academy Trusts in the Diocese of Nottingham. As one of the largest Catholic multi academy trusts in the country, we have brought together sixteen schools within our learning family; fourteen primary academies and two secondary academies - serving over 4,300 pupils across Lincolnshire & Rutland. 

Our vision statement, ‘A communion of high achieving Catholic schools where every person meets Jesus and grows uniquely in God’s love’, sets out our clear ambition to ensure each individual has opportunity to encounter the person of Jesus Christ and grow in discipleship and missionary discipleship within the context of an outstanding Catholic education.

Based within the South of the CMAT you’ll be working across three schools; Boston, St Mary’s, St Mary’s, Grantham and St Norbert’s, Spalding.  All have been judged good or better in their most recent Ofsted and Diocesan Canonical Inspections, but we are not complacent and recognise there is more to do.

In addition to providing strategic leadership and guidance across the three schools, as Executive Headteacher you’ll also play a key role within our central team - leading and influencing at an executive level on key priorities such as curriculum development, leadership coaching and primary achievement. 

We’re looking for an inspirational and practising Catholic leader who brings the combination of knowledge and leadership experience required to operate at an executive level and realise our ambition to ensure all children, irrespective of background or prior attainment, fulfil their God-given potential through the provision of high quality, inclusive and authentically Catholic education.
