We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational successor to our retiring Executive Headteacher. 

The Federation of St Alphege Church of England Schools comprises a very popular Nursery & Infant School, and a thriving Junior School on separate sites.

We are proud of our strong Christian ethos, both schools having been judged ‘Outstanding’ in their latest SIAMS inspections.

We are looking for an Executive Headteacher with:

  • A proven track record of strong leadership and management in a primary school
  • A clear strategic vision to move our schools forward, founded on strong educational and Christian values
  • The ability to lead, inspire, empower and motivate all members of the school community
  • High aspirations for our schools and a keenness to collaborate with other school
  • Robust financial management experience.
