We are seeking to appoint an Executive Principal to our newly formed multi academy trust (MAT) which, at present, centres solely on Parrs Wood High School. We are looking for someone who can lead with clarity and integrity; who can inspire and influence others and who has the rigour and passion to make our Trust an outstanding place to learn.

We are:

  • A newly formed MAT seeking to develop stronger relationships with other schools in our locality
  • Poised for the next stage in our development which includes being judged as outstanding
  • Ready to share and develop our expertise in teaching with other schools

You are:

  • A strategic leader with extensive experience of headship in good and outstanding schools
  • Outward-looking with experience of the bigger picture of education that will shape our place in our community
  • Able to articulate a vision that inspires and motivates the whole school community
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional school leader.
