We are a thriving family of 26 academies spread throughout South Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire. Our aim is that every child, regardless of background or ability, gets a brilliant education. To accelerate and broaden our impact, we are now seeking a tenacious and passionate Executive Principal to support us on the next phase of our journey. In this newly created role, you’ll work in close collaboration with our Regional Director (Secondary) and Director of Secondary Education to shape our future and embed sustainable excellence across our Trust.

Supporting two schools across the region, this is a genuine opportunity to make your mark and transform the lives of thousands of children and young people. Your deep knowledge of pedagogy and clear understanding of what makes a truly great school will be a huge asset as you challenge and support Principals to achieve great outcomes for the communities we are so proud to serve.
