About the role: 

We are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to help support SEN schools across the Wolverhampton and Dudley area. This role is ideal for those who have a passion for helping children with learning difficulties.

You will be working on a supply basis for several schools that are partnered with ABC Teachers. There is availability for both full time and part time requirements to suit your needs; this would be a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience for those considering a career in education,

With a multitude of schools and support centres requiring Teaching Assistants, we cover a range of SEN needs of which PMLD, SEMH, ASC and challenging behaviour are most common. Experience in these areas or having spent time, whether voluntary or not, in a school in the area is highly sort after.

Being an SEN Learning Support Assistant is a rewarding career in which you can help children reach their full potential. To be considered you will need to have the following attributes.

We require you to:

· Have a school-based reference within the last 2 years

· Possess Level 2 or 3 TA qualification minimum 

· Have vast in-depth experience assisting children with SEN in an education-based role

· Show excellent communication skills

· Ensure that every pupils needs are met and that you have the ability to adapt when needed

· Can remain calm and patient in stressful situations
