KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPPORT AND LEARNING
• Oversee the whole school Trips and Visits planning, the policy implementation including risk assessment.
• Coordination and organisation (in collaboration with the Careers Counselor) of all Internships and Career related visitation.
• Support the Head of House and House Parents in implementation of a program of weekend activities for boarding students
• Coordinate in collaboration with the Head of PE all sporting fixtures and competitions.
• Lead in the planning and implementation of all facets of the signature Experience Programme (incl. Ski week).
• Oversee the school’s program of after school activities
• Support the marketing, promotion, admissions and staffing for the Summer Camp (day and residential)
• Assumes leadership of the Summer Camp (day and residential) and oversight of the program
REQUIREMENTS
• A University degree and the ability to support students’ academic progress
• Excellent command of the English language
• Additional languages (especially German) would be an advantage
• Boarding experience, school or social education work experience
• Experience in the pedagogical/student care field/teaching qualification
• Other skills to contribute to the schools’ extra-curricular program
• A talent in organization with Resilience and flexibility
• An excellent knowledge of safeguarding young people
• Valid First Aid Certificate
