What will you be doing?

City of Bristol College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and organised External Income Officer to join our Finance team. Your role will be to manage our external contract income monitoring systems, ensuring the timely monitoring of external contract income that is due. You will also coordinate the raising of sales invoices, and work closely with our Curriculum Managers providing financial advice and training when required. 

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone qualified to AAT Level 3 or above, with experience in audit queries and using financial information systems. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and confident using Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with Colleagues, Students and Stakeholders both internally and externally.
