Ark Kings Academy has recently become an all-through school, meaning that our pupils begin their school journey with us from aged 4 through to 16. This is an exciting time to join our school as we continue our journey to becoming a great all-through provider.

At Ark Kings Academy, our goal is simple: we want every child to be well prepared academically and socially for university or the career of their choice. We work hard to achieve this for our students, and we work hard to help our staff achieve this too.

We are looking for a Primary teacher to join our team who is committed to driving standards and ensuring every child is challenged to achieve their maximum potential. We want a teacher who has the skills and desire to develop and nurture every child in their care. They will deliver consistently good teaching and learning in order to help all students achieve excellent academic results. In return, they will work alongside staff who will coach, mentor and lead by example to ensure the best for their team.

Our successful candidate will be:

• An individual with the commitment to driving standards and ensuring every child is challenged to achieve their maximum potential

• A teacher with experience of raising attainment of all pupils in a challenging classroom environment

• A professional who is able to work in partnership with parents and other stakeholders

• An excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
