The Head of Laxton Junior School invites suitable candidates to apply for the post of Early Years Teacher, to take effect from January 2019 or April 2019.

The post requires someone who is passionate about working with children and is able to deliver outstanding teaching and learning opportunities as well as a superb provision of care and support. A strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum will be important, as will an understanding of the assessment, administrative and communication tasks that are associated with the role. The successful candidate will also build positive relationships with parents that foster trust and confidence and will play an integral role in the school’s EYFS marketing and admissions strategy.

Laxton Junior School is an independent, co-educational day school, with 260 children aged 4 to 11, in the beautiful market town of Oundle.
