Salary will be dependent upon experience and graded on the MPS/UPS Scale. As this is a leadership role, there will be an additional TLR2c for the successful applicant. The successful candidate will benefit from support and assistance from experienced Early Years practitioners from other Primary Academies in the Trust.

The teaching standards outline the key skills and experience required for this position. The information you give us within the application form is very important as it is this our selection panel will use to assess each candidate against the criteria presented.
