An exciting opportunity has arisen at West Lodge Primary School for a passionate, imaginative and enthusiastic class-teacher or existing middle leader, who is ready to take on a middle leadership role at West Lodge. We are looking for a teacher with experience working in EYFS and/or KS1 who is able to model excellent practice and take on a year group leader role for reception. This post is also suitable for a candidate who may be ready to take on a phase leader role in the near future.

West Lodge Primary School is a welcoming, caring and high achieving three form entry school in the heart of the vibrant, exciting community of Pinner. We have 648 pupils on roll and the school has an excellent reputation within the local community. The school has a specialist provision for pupils on the autistic spectrum.

·        Has an excellent understanding of the EYFS Framework and KS1 curriculum

·        Is an excellent classroom teacher with successful experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1

·        Has a strong commitment to inclusion with high expectations for all learners

·        Is flexible, enthusiastic and passionate

·        Is willing to learn and update skills and knowledge
