The Academy of Cuxton schools is a 2 form entry Infant and Junior School with a staff of 50. We are a friendly and vibrant school that serves the community of Cuxton and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and inspiring person to join our school, to lead the EYFS Team. We want someone to promote a rich and engaging EYFS curriculum, where the children are active learners and are nurtured to develop a curiosity about the world around them. This post is suitable for experienced teachers and experienced or emerging leaders.

We work in collaboration with our Trust, The Primary First Trust, which currently consists of nine primary schools in Medway, Kent and Bexley. This gives us a wide support network and allows our staff to grow professionally and our children to achieve excellence.


We are supported by the Primary First Trust an effective primary only academy chain who support us in offering exceptional CPD. At any stage of your career we can offer bespoke tailored training which can support your individual needs and career aspirations. The Trust offers an excellent and unique opportunity for local career progression.
