The governors at Knowle are looking to appoint an EYFS Phase Leader from September 2017 to join our new and growing leadership team at Knowle Primary School. 

Under new leadership and governance, Knowle Primary School is rapidly progressing and is seeking to appoint a dynamic and strategically minded EYFS Phase Leader who strives for perfection and wants to make a huge difference on the lives of our children. Our EYFS Phase Leader will have a teaching commitment of 0.9 with 0.1 leadership time. 

The successful candidates will have a range of responsibilities but will ultimately be responsible for:

- Leading in teaching and learning in Early Years. 

- Developing links between Nursery and Reception.

- Modelling Outstanding Teaching Practice.

- Joining the Leadership Team in Raising Standards across the school.
