Vision for Education is looking to appoint an Early Years practitioner (EYFS) to join our successful supply team and work in a local primary school in Sunderland, Tyne & Wear. This Teaching role will entail a long-term supply position which will commence in January 2020 for up to one year. This is a Full-time role working Monday to Friday working 37 hours a week.

The role

The role will include working as part of a creative and motivated Early Years (EYFS) team, with the practitioner delivering a high standard of care to the children. The desired candidate will be working with children aged 0 – 4.

This ‘Outstanding’ Sunderland based school are looking for a committed and experienced Early Years practitioner to join their team. The local community is highly supportive of the school and parental involvement is very positive. They will be supported by an inspirational Headteacher, a strong leadership team and committed governors.


• Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. 

• Have experience of working as a Practitioner in an Early Years (EYFS) environment.

• Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.

• Ideally have experience delivering phonics intervention groups.
