Job overview
Bromley High School is looking for an energetic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
You will support our teaching staff in the delivery of our innovative and creative curriculum, ensuring that all pupils are appropriately supported in their learning. You will prepare engaging resources for lessons and will also accompany students on educational trips and visits. You will also provide playground and dining hall supervision and will administer first aid when necessary.
You will be a positive and enthusiastic individual, with a high degree of personal drive and a proactive attitude. You will evidence attainment of a recognised TA qualification (NVQ, NNEB, City & Guilds, BTEC NVQ Level 3), along with a willingness to participate in further training and developmental opportunities. You will have relevant experience of supporting children in an educational establishment/setting, as well as excellent experience of delivering phonics and reading interventions.
