Job overview

Our busy Facilities Department requires a Facilities Administrator and Lettings Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Site Manager in relation to premises service at Three Rivers Academy. Working with the existing facilities team the successful candidate will deliver an effective and efficient facilities and premises service.

A solid general general education to at least GCSE level is essential, together with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise your own workload and that of others, plus proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook.

This is an exciting time for Three Rivers Academy as our new school building has just opened. The new school will allow for an increased roll and provide state of the art, purpose built provision for our students, all under one roof. We are enthusiastic about our students learning and believe they deserve the best provision. The strength, determination and passion within our community enable us to continually improve.

Three Rivers Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school situated in Hersham, Surrey. There are approximately 924 students at the school between 11-18 years.    

Formerly Rydens School, Rydens Enterprise School and Sixth Form College converted to academy status in 2012. The school opened in 1954.

Healthy living is supported effectively through sports and extra-curricular activities as well as in physical education and food technology lessons. The school has developed good links with other post-16 providers so that pupils receive a range of appropriate careers advice and support".
