We have an opportunity for a highly skilled Administrator to join our busy Estates Team.
You will provide administrative support to all Estates-related activities. This will include responding to all Helpdesk enquires and logging jobs and being the first point of contact for the Estates Team on phone, email, and radio calls. The role will also involve greeting contractors and supporting them around the site and managing the lettings of College spaces for external customers, amongst other tasks. You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. You will be personable and able to communicate with all levels of staff, contractors and lettings customers and give outstanding customer service. You must be a team player who is approachable and flexible within your work.
Hours: Part-time, full year. 25 hours per week across Monday – Friday with flexibility on occasions to adjust the time of the daily hours and occasional weekend work.
