Job overview
We are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join City of London School Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be a highly effective and efficient administrator who will be able to support all functions within the team. They will play a key role in assisting the Events & Letting Manager with the management of internal bookings and events. They will have strong communication skills and have a pro-active approach to planning and prioritising work, with the ability to use initiative appropriately.

The school site is situated by the Thames. It has over 20 acres of sports pitches. It was established in 1834 and moved to its present site in 1986. The school is governed by a board and by the City of London Corporation, which appoints its governors.
