We require an Administrator to support our Facilities Department. You will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Facilities Team and providing an effective and efficient administrative service for the Facilities projects and summer works. You will provide secretarial support to the Facilities Manager, minute meetings, track project expenditure, to include planned maintenance work and summer projects where required. Previous experience of working within a busy office environment and excellent time management skills are essential. An understanding of Facilities and budget monitoring would be advantageous.
