Salford City College have an exciting opportunity for an Estates and Facilities Manager to assist in the driving forward of the college’s property strategy and to deliver an excellent ‘user’ experience. The high performing Estates and Facilities teams facilitate a wide range of support and curriculum areas across 6 Centres throughout the City of Salford.

The role is to take responsibility for the management and provision of the estates and facilities functions across the college portfolio, including compliance, hard and soft services, building maintenance and contracts.

The post requires a high achiever, self-motivated, exceedingly strong and competent manager, with exemplary leadership skills. Decision making, time management, prioritisation of work, keeping to programme and getting things done is a given. Building and maintaining motivation of team managers/ supervisors is an essential part of the role.

The post holder must be of high integrity and be held in high respect by his/her respective teams.
