FACILITIES AND LETTINGS ASSISTANT
36 hours per week, 52 weeks
Hours: as required, may include evening and weekends
Scale 3 - £21,591 (actual salary per annum)
We are seeking a flexible, dynamic and self-starting individual for a new post as Facilities and Lettings Assistant at the Lister Community School Playing Fields site.
The role is varied and will include lettings administration, general caretaking and grounds maintenance responsibilities such as:
● Key-holding responsibilities for the site (including opening/locking the site and on-call duties)
● Minor repairs and maintenance
● Arranging regular/seasonal/annual maintenance
● Litter picking and basic grounds maintenance (e.g. control of shrubbery)
● Taking bookings and enquiries regarding lettings of the playing fields and artificial grass pitch
● Reporting on faulty equipment or other maintenance requirements
● Occasional support to the Facilities and Contracts Manager on the main school site
This role may include some weekend or evening work, will involve regular outdoor working and physical effort. We would ideally like to fill this post as soon as possible – subject to completion of recruitment checks.
