The Facilities Manager will be responsible for all aspects of building and grounds inspection, maintenance and repairs; and responsible for management of areas in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results. Will also be responsible for management of areas such as health and safety, risk assessment, cleaning, canteen, gardening and security management.
