Facilities and Operations Manager

Invictus Education Trust are recruiting for two Facilities & Operation Managers

Commencing February 2022 or asap. On a permanent basis, 37 hours per week, and all year round.

Grade 11, Spine Points 36 – 39

Salary £39,881 - £42,822

We are a multi-academy trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary with over 700 employees and over 5,000 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands

Due to expansion we are now seeking to recruit two additional highly-skilled and experienced Facilities & Operations Managers to join the Operations Team, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer.

You will:

To be responsible for all aspects of the school’s facilities and operations management. Line Management for Office Manager, Site Staff, Cleaners, Catering and Lettings Staff. 

Direct management responsibility for:

o Business/Administrative functions, processes and procedures

o Delegated Health & Safety Officer

o Grounds Maintenance/Premises Management               

o School Catering provision 

o School Lettings

You will need:

• Solid management experience 

• Professional, proactive and solution focussed in your approach

• Experience in managing premises and Health & Safety

• Excellent skills in strategic planning, management of staff, premises and school resources

• Strong persuasive and negotiating skills and a commercial flair for business

• Committed to the values and vision of the Trust
