Morley Newlands Academy, (formally Morley Newlands Primary School) joined The GORSE Academies Trust on 1 March 2015 and has quickly formed a close partnership with primary and secondary academy colleagues within the Trust. We are immensely proud that, in its inspection of January 2018, Morley Newlands Academy was judged to be Outstanding in all areas. We are a large primary school, with over 650 children from Nursery age right up to Year 6. Situated close to the centre of Morley in south Leeds, our academy serves families from across the local community. In September 2014 the school moved from an old, run down building to new state of the art accommodation, with excellent facilities to support our children, their families and the local community.

We are looking to appoint a Facilities Assistant to assist in the provision of maintenance and security services on school premises, thereby ensuring a safe working environment. The post holder will work under the direct supervision and line management of the Site Manager/ Business Manager. The post is subject to a six-month probationary period.
