Job overview

• Successful candidates will hold either GCSE grade C or above or Functional Skills Level 2 in these subject areas.

• The ability to act as an excellent role model for pupils

• An ability to work calmly, methodically and accurately

• An ability to understand and respect the need for discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality

• A strong understanding and belief that all behaviour is a means of communication

• A strong passion and commitment for working with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Issues (SEMH)

• Must be a driver and hold a full, clean driving licence.
