Hayesfield Girls’ School are seeking to appoint a Facilities Maintenance Assistants to pro-actively assist with the delivery of the Facilities Management Services in order to maintain a high standard of functionality and premises upkeep.
The postholders will work as part of the Facilities team and will be responsible for locking/unlocking the Schools and premises for daily operation as well as after school, evening/weekend activities and events and functions as required. They will be responsible for dealing with problems as they arise and assisting in keeping the buildings and grounds to a high level of tidiness and appearance. Various shift patterns are available
The successful candidates will Assist the Facilities team with the undertaking of general repair and maintenance work in connection with building fabric, mechanical and electrical services, including breakdowns. Good communication skills and a flexible approach to working are essential.
Various hours per week, daytime, evening and weekend shifts available
