We are looking for someone to support the Estates Bursar with the day to day running of the Facilities Management department for a 24/7 boarding school with 500+ students.
The incumbent requires good organisation and communication skills, the ability to problem solve and work alone, good ICT, line management and budgetary experience. Ideally the incumbent will have a NEBOSH diploma or similar in H&S as well as experience of working in a similar environment and being flexible and able to manage ever changing priorities.
Salary: DOYRMS current range £28,610 to £38,682 per annum. Full-time role that will require the incumbent to work to suit the business needs. Accommodation on site may be available. House rental charge, inc. water, is currently £450 per month with no deposit required. Opportunity to join the Local Government Pension Scheme, free lunches and excellent sports facilities.
