Job overview

In this role you will support the Estates Services Director, in leading the Estates Team to ensure the College campus is a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for all and to maintain College facilities and grounds to an excellent standard.

You will have a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest levels of accuracy, have strong time management skills, and a Manual Handling qualification. Applicants must be educated to a minimum of Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent, including GCSE Maths and English Language at grade C/4 or above) and ideally have a relevant First Aid and Fire Safety qualification.
