The Governors of Loreto High School Chorlton seek to appoint a committed, energetic, high calibre Facilities Manager to join our school. Reporting to the School Business Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to lead in all aspects of site management, ensuring the safety, security, cleanliness and maintenance of the buildings are of a high standard and that Health & Safety and compliance requirements are met at all times. The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in managing a team in a facilities environment with responsibility for planning building maintenance, repair and capital improvement workflows and adherence to Health & Safety Statutory Legislation linked to premises and our people.
