Job overview
We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly organised Facilities Manager to join our property team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the management and operation of premises-related functions at the academy, including buildings, grounds maintenance, security and contractors. You will have project and contract management skills and a NEBOSH qualification.
Additionally, you will be:
· An excellent team leader with a 'can-do' attitude, with an ability to prioritise tasks for
yourself and the team.
· Willing to undertake extra tasks and support colleagues.
· A strong communicator, with the ability to communicate tactfully and effectively.
