St Joseph’s College is a vibrant independent day and boarding school in Ipswich providing a broad and seamless education for over 600 boys and girls aged 2 – 19. St Joseph’s College is searching for a qualified Facilities Manager to work alongside the Estates Manager and wider campus support services to ensure our buildings, campus infrastructure and Health and Safety is proactive in strengthen the provision for the College community. The Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits strong multi-tasking and organisation abilities.
In addition, you will play a vital role in facilitating an array of College events, which include the world-famous National Schools Rugby Festival and emerging football and netball festivals, in addition to College Open Days etc.
