Facilities Team Member (Electrician)

To start as soon as possible

The role of a Facilities Team Member (Electrician) is key to the day to day running of the School. The job will be varied to cover all aspects of in-house maintenance and will involve a good proportion of electrical jobs.

The Facilities Team are required to set up and take down equipment for a variety of events, so you will need to be physically able to carry out this type of task. You will also be expected to carry out general site repairs based upon your abilities and experience.

You will be provided with an induction and further training will be provided, as well as being supported by the school to add to in-house skills.

Electrical qualifications will be an advantage, but training will be given to gain electrical qualifications for a suitably experienced individual.

Welcome to Latymer Upper School. We are a vibrant, forward-thinking and co-educational independent secondary school in West London. Established in 1624 by the generosity of Edward Latymer and located in Hammersmith since 1895, the School upholds its founding principles of generosity and educational excellence.

With around 1,400 students, the success of our Inspiring Minds campaign started by the Latymer Foundation in 2017, means that by the end of our 400th year, we will be in a position to offer one in four students a bursary.
